Project values vary enormously depending on the nature of the work.
For example, we specialise in the provision of special needs housing, currently work closely with a number of housing providers who are valued long standing clients, Whilst these project values may be small, the complexity of the work whether new-build or refurbishment still requires a heavy involvement from our office. Conversely, a new build domestic development can have a multi-million pound value but can be of a relatively uncomplicated nature.
The practice enjoys working on a broad variety of developments and has been involved in a number of projects over the years that involve the application for public funding. The nature of these applications, good budget forecasting and a need to meet with officials to communicate project proposals is something we are very familiar with.
